EXCLUSIVE: A PR expert has explained to Express.co.uk the reasoning behind Meghan Markle’s bio being longer than Prince Harry’s on their new Sussex website.

The couple’s individual pages detail their philanthropy and achievements both separately and together, although it interestingly makes little mention of their time in the Royal Family.

Meghan’s is almost twice the length of Harry’s, even with only one line dedicated to her time acting in Suits despite her being on the show for seven seasons.

PR expert Renae Smith said: “Regarding the difference in the length of Meghan’s and Harry’s bios, it’s plausible to interpret this as a deliberate decision to emphasise certain narratives over others.

“Meghan’s more detailed bio could indeed be an effort to spotlight her own accomplishments and identity separate from the royal context.”
