Renae Smith, founder and director of the Atticism, claimed the duchess’s latest partnership with the podcast distributor showcases her “resilience and adaptability in the digital media landscape”.

She told Express.co.uk: “This deal offers a fresh start and a platform to deepen her engagement with audiences through meaningful content, potentially aligning more closely with her advocacy goals.

“It’s an opportunity for growth and to leverage previous experiences for greater success.”

But Smith went on to caution Meghan and said that “transitioning to a new distributor doesn’t automatically guarantee success”.

She added that there are lessons to be learnt from the Sussexes’s failed Spotify stint and Meghan needs to focus on three main areas – content relevance, consistency, and audience engagement.

The expert explained: “Without addressing these fundamental issues, there’s a risk this venture could face similar challenges, questioning the strategic decision-making behind platform switches and content management.”

Last summer, Spotify abruptly ended Harry and Meghan’s lucrative £15.8 million deal, with the couple only producing one show – Archetypes.

The podcast series has been one of Spotify’s most popular since its launch in August 2022 with more than 10 million downloads/listens.
