Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have sent their best wishes to King Charles and Kate, the Princess of Wales after last week’s double health scare.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are understood to have contacted both senior royals last week after Kate underwent abdominal surgery and the King is due to undergo prostate surgery this week.
A source told The Mirror: “The King and the Princess of Wales have received support from Prince Harry and Meghan regarding their health.
“The Duke and Duchess contacted both parties in different ways to pass on their concern and best wishes.”
The move has been considered an olive branch, as Harry and Meghan try to move past their spate of attacks and focus on repairing their relationship with the Royal Family.
Harry and Meghan had come under heavy criticism for not publicly sending wellwishes to the King and Kate, but now it appears they chose to contact them privately.
The pair are understood to be keen to fix their relationship with the Royal Family after spending the three years since stepping down from the Firm making public attacks against them.
But reconciliation is not clear cut, as Prince William and other senior royals remain furious at Harry for bringing family drama into the public domain.
