Princess Kate “will not stall” certain projects in the wake of her recent operation as she stays out of the public eye until Easter.

Sources close to the Royal Family have emphasised that her dedication to advocacy work centred around early childhood development will not waver.

Despite undergoing abdominal surgery on January 16 and facing a months-long recuperation period, Princess Kate is determined to continue her efforts to foster positive change in children’s lives.

According to insights shared with The Times, royal aides have made it clear that Princess Kate’s ongoing projects in support of children’s well-being “will not stall”.

An aide revealed: “Her passion for the early years is clear, there will be a huge continuation of that campaign, and she will be keen to be out continuing that conversation with the nation as soon as possible.”

The Duchess of Cambridge has been a vocal advocate for early childhood development, recognising the critical impact it has on shaping individuals and societies.

Throughout her public life, Princess Kate has focused on initiatives and campaigns aimed at providing support and resources for children during their formative years.

She remains in hospital at the London Clinic for another week before she begins her recovery at Adelaide Cottage, the family’s Windsor home.

During this period, Prince William has taken on additional responsibilities at home, managing both drop-off and pick-up for their three children with the assistance of their nanny, Maria Teresa Turrion Borrallo.

A royal source also told The Times: “The kids are always at the center of their universe. That will continue to be the case. They want to make sure they have as much normality as possible going forwards.

“She hopes that the public will understand her desire to maintain as much normality for her children as possible.”

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have also reportedly reached out to Princess Kate to wish her well following her abdominal surgery last week.

A source told The Mirror: “The King and the Princess of Wales have received support from Prince Harry and Meghan regarding their health. The Duke and Duchess contacted both parties in different ways to pass on their concern and best wishes.”
