MEGHAN Markle has been seen wearing a wellness patch which claims to soothe the brain.
The NuCalm biosignal processing disc is supposed to have a “calming effect”.
The firm recommend their use for military veterans, athletes and doctors.
It is said to work by sending an electrical signal to the brain after being placed on an acupressure point.
Users subscribe to the firm’s online channels which include “Rescue, PowerNap or Flowstate” sessions.
Each session involves listening to soothing sounds via a phone app.
Meghan, 42, was seen with the blue and white disc on her left wrist in a car park in Montecito, California, after a session on Thursday.
The disposable discs can be worn for 24 hours.
Despite the hot weather, the Duchess of Sussex donned a camel-coloured £1,280 Max Mara coat with a Hermes shawl, white trousers and Chanel sling-backs.
She accessorised her cosy look with a £355 Givenchy belt and a white £1,300 designer Goyard tote.
Meghan is rumoured to have struck up a friendship with wellness-guru Gwyneth Paltrow, who has built an eco-mansion in Harry and Meghan’s swanky Los Angeles neighbourhood.
She is also set to revive her lifestyle blog The Tig, which is expected to rival Gwyneth’s multi-million pound site Goop.
‘Waste of cash’

HUNDREDS of designer products promise to cure stress and anxiety.
I’ve tested a number of patches similar to NuCalm and I think they’re a waste of cash.
There are simpler ways to help you remain calm under stress — eating properly, concentrating on breathing, changing your routine, getting out in the sunlight and doing some exercise.
