The Prince of Wales is celebrating his 43rd birthday on Saturday. Prince William Arthur Philip Louis was born at St Mary’s Hospital in Paddington on June 21, 1982 to the-then Prince Charles and Diana, Princess of Wales. He spent his earliest years living between Kensington Palace at Highgrove House in Gloucestershire.
He has marked many major milestones over the years. Whether it is his military honours, his marriage to the Princess of Wales, becoming a dad to Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis or and launching major projects such as The Earthshot Prize and Homewards, Prince William has certainly achieved a lot.
As he celebrates this latest milestone, take a look back at the Prince’s biggest moments from over the years.
Prince William got his first taste of school life when he joined Mrs Mynors Nursery School in Kensington in 1985.
Two years later, it was time for his first day at Wetherby Prep School. Then, at the age of 8, William headed to boarding school at Ludgrove Prep in Wokingham, Berkshire.
