Charles was reportedly “hoping they’ll relent and come to visit more often as a family of four” despite the uproar claims Scobie made in his book Endgame caused.

They added: “Charles still loves Harry greatly, and it’s his greatest hope that, at some point, they can put differences aside and move forward as a loving family.”

Harry and Meghan have only been back together in the UK twice since stepping down from their roles in 2020 and Archie and Lilibet accompanied them only once.
