Jordan has a new Princess after elegant wedding in Amman attended by royalty from around the world – Royal Central


Jordan has a brand new Princess with royalty from around the world watching as Rajwa Al-Saif married the heir to the country’s throne, Crown Prince Hussein.

Princess Rajwa is now welcoming guests to her marriage celebrations in one of her first acts in her new role.

The wedding of Crown Prince Hussein and Rajwa took place in the Zahran Palace in Amman in the early afternoon of June 1st 2023 with royalty from around the world in attendance. Amongst the guests were the Prince and Princess of Wales and Princess Beatrice with her husband, Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi.

Soon after the ceremony, the Royal Hashemite Court announced that ”A Royal Decree was issued to bestow the title of Her Royal Highness Princess Rajwa Al Hussein on Miss Rajwa Khalid Alseif, on the occasion of her marriage to His Royal Highness Crown Prince Al Hussein.”

The ceremony began with the bride entering the gardens of the Zahran Palace with her future brother-in-law, Prince Hashem, who walked her into the ceremony. Her father, Khaled bin Musaed bin Saif bin Abdulaziz Al Saif, was a witness to the marriage and was waiting with the father of the groom, King Abdullah II, who also witnessed the marriage.

The couple announced their engagement in the summer of 2022.
