ROYAL experts revealed how Kate is “preparing beautifully for her turn” to be queen – and how she raises perfectly-behaved children.
The Princess of Wales amazed crowds as she glided into Westminster Abbey for the coronation today.
The lavish red, white and blue robe with a glimmering headpiece of silver leaves, stunned onlookers as Kate took her seat at the front of the Royal Family section.
And tributes were paid to Princess Diana and Queen Elizabeth with her stunning jewellery choices.
She wore Diana’s pearl and diamond earrings as well as the George VI Festoon Necklace.
Her graceful appearance sparked talks about her stepping up as the future queen, with many royal fans claiming they can’t wait to see her in the reigning role.
Royal expert, Angela Levin, spoke to The Sun Online about her thoughts on Kate and said: “This is all just very natural to her now.
“She has studied exactly what people need from her and she executes that beautifully.
“She watched all the senior royals before her very carefully and knows exactly how to act.
“She takes things seriously and does her very best – and that is exactly what you want of a future queen.”
The source claimed the Princess is “preparing beautifully for her turn”.
Kate’s family support was also attributed to the grace and success she displays in her current role.
Angela Levin added: “She has the benefit of coming from a loving stable family and you can see she has taken a leaf out of her parent’s book in dealing with her children.
“Little Louis who messed about last year – it makes you think what a difference a year makes.
“He was brilliant.
“And giving Charlotte the responsibility of bringing him into the Abbey and holding hands was lovely.
“She brings up her kids to be so well behaved – but still allows them to be children.”
Another royal insider, Richard Fitzwilliams, shared his thoughts and explained: “She looked excellent and handled the pressures of the day wonderfully.
“She was poised every single step of the way which is not an easy feat while towing two small children.
“She is most definitely setting the ground work for her future as King.”
The Royal Commentator believed the next coronation, of William and herself, would “no doubt” have been on her mind today.
He added the royal couple have showed an “exemplary handling of their current position” which has put them in “fantastic standings” future.
“And of course what they are doing is very, very difficult when you have a couple like Meghan and Harry launching attack after attack,” he shared.
“The Sussexes are trying to convince young people that the institution is out of touch.
“But Kate and William are reeling these lies back in.”
This morning Charles and Camilla arrived at Westminster Abbey following a spectacular 1.42 mile journey in the air-conditioned Diamond Jubilee state coach, built in 2012.
They left Buckingham Palace with the Sovereign’s Escort of the Household Cavalry, before passing a guard of honour of around 160 members of the three armed services.
The reigning couple were flanked by over 1,000 members of the Armed Forces before passing a 100-strong guard from the Royal British Legion in Parliament Square.
The approximately two hour ceremony included ancient traditions – some dating back to 1065 – and saw Charles anointed and crowned with the 1661 St Edward’s crown.
The service ended at around 1pm before the royals set off on a 1.4 mile procession back to Buckingham Palace.
