Logo revealed for this summer’s big royal wedding – Royal Central

With just weeks to go until this summer’s biggest royal wedding, a logo for the upcoming nuptials has been revealed.

The heir to the throne of Jordan, Crown Prince Hussein, and Rajwa Khalid Alseif will marry on June 1st 2023 and as final preparations are made, the Royal Hashemite Court has unveiled an official emblem that will mark the event and help celebrate the Crown Prince and his fiancee.

The official logo shows the Arabic for ‘we rejoice’.

The couple announced their engagement in August 2022 and confirmed their wedding date in December that year.

Announcing the wedding date, the Royal Hashemite Court said ”The Royal Hashemite Court extends its sincere congratulations to Their Majesties King Abdullah II and Queen Rania Al Abdullah on this occasion and wishes His Royal Highness Crown Prince Al Hussein bin Abdullah II and Miss Rajwa Khalid Alseif a lifetime of happiness.”

Crown Prince Hussein is the eldest son of King Abdullah II and Queen Rania of Jordan and first in line to the country’s throne.

Rajwa Khaled bin Musaed bin Saif bin Abdulaziz Al Saif was born in Riyadh on 28 April 1994 to Khalid bin Musaed Al-Saif, a Saudi businessman, and Azza bint Naif Al-Sudairi. Upon her marriage, she will become the Crown Princess of Jordan.
