Zara and husband Mike Tindall could outstrip Prince Harry and wife Meghan with their earnings, according to a royal expert.

Zara, 42, and husband Mike, 45, have been welcomed with open arms in Australia, and praised for everything from their fashion choices to their loving PDA.

And now top royal commentator Robert Jobson has said that the pair who are making their fortunes with a series of successful career ventures could leave Zara’s cousin Prince Harry and his wife Meghan trailing behind.

Writing for MailOnline he said: “They are there [in Australia] because Zara is sponsored by the Magic Millions thoroughbred auction house, which runs a festival of horse sales and racing on the Gold Coast.

“Mike has business ventures of his own, including a well-received podcast with fellow ex-international James Haskell, the Good, the Bad & the Rugby.

He said: “If you simply trash your family, which is the only time it does seem to mean that you get megabucks, and do nothing else, then you must expect people not to take you seriously.”

Fitzwilliams pointed out that the pair’s deal with Netflix is set to expire in 2025 – and said that they need to pull some ideas out of the bag soon.

He said: “If they lost that, they really would be losers in every sense.”
