Who is Lady Margarita Armstrong-Jones?

Lady Margarita Elizabeth Rose Alleyne Armstrong-Jones was born on May 14, 2002.

She is an English socialite, jewellery designer, and a member of the British royal family.

She grew up at her family’s three homes: a flat in Chelsea, a cottage on the grounds of the Daylesford Estate in Gloucestershire, and the Château d’Autet in France.

During her childhood, she spent Christmases at Sandringham House and summers at Balmoral Castle during her childhood.

How is Lady Margarita Armstrong-Jones related to the royal family?

Lady Margarita is the daughter of David Armstrong-Jones, the 2nd Earl of Snowdon, and his estranged wife Serena.

She is also the only granddaughter of the late Princess Margaret.

David and Serena Stanhope tied the knot in October 1993 at St Margaret’s Church in Westminster.

But after 26 years of marriage, a spokesperson confirmed that the couple had split in 2020.

Lady Margarita is currently 26th in line to the throne behind her older brother, Charles Armstrong-Jones.

In 2017, she was pictured exchanging warm words with the late Queen at a service of thanksgiving for her grandfather, Lord Snowdon.
