King Carl XVI Gustaf and Queen Silvia hosted a Lebanese Dinner on the Island of Skeppsholmen, following an hour-long cruise on the SS Stockholm on the eve of the Wedding of Prince Carl Philip of Sweden and Sofia Hellqvist.
The night before the wedding, King Carl XVI Gustaf and Queen Silvia hosted a private dinner. Family and guests boarded the SS Stockholm which took them around the harbor to the island of Skeppsholmen where the dinner was held. The dinner was held in an underground bunker that had once been used by the Swedish military.
