Royal Guests and Relatives celebrated the Wedding of Princess Isabelle of Orléans and Count Friedrich Karl von Schönborn-Buchheim at the Chapelle Royale de Dreux on this day in 1964, 60 years ago.
Princess Isabelle of Orléans, the eldest daughter of the Count and Countess of Paris, married Count Friedrich Karl von Schönborn-Buchheim, son of Count Georg von Schönborn-Buchheim and Countess Elisabeth Orssich de Slavetich, at the Chapelle Royale de Dreux. The Count and Countess have five children and twelve grandchildren and reside at Schloss Weyerburg in Eggendorf im Thale.
Princess Isabelle wore the Orléans Diamond Comb and the Countess of Paris’ Diamond Earrings.
Royal Guest and Relatives were led by the Count and Countess of Paris, alongside the Count and Countess of Clermont (wearing Orléans Sapphire and Pearl Brooch).
