DONALD Trump is releasing a cache of previously unseen private letters from celebs including Princess Diana and Oprah Winfrey.
The former US President announced he is publishing the correspondence in his new book “Letters to Trump”.
It will include letters from Diana and Oprah, alongside names such as Ronald Reagan, Bill and Hillary Clinton, Richard Nixon and North Korean dictator Kim Jong-un.
Trump is releasing the book via Winning Team Publishing – which previously released Trump’s book “Our Journey Together”.
That book made more than $20million for Donald, reports Axios.
Extracts released as part of the announcement include a letter from Oprah on her own branded letterhead.
“Too bad we’re not running for office. What a team!”, she enthuses in response to Trump saying he would like to pick her for VP.
The preview also includes a section of his letters with North Korean dictator Kim.
In a handwritten note on a photo of the duo, Trump writes: “So great getting to know you. Good luck for a fantastic future.”
Trump and Kim famously developed something of a bromance after the two were originally at each other’s throats – with both sides threatening the other, including Trump’s famous “fire and fury” barb.
“I look forward to working with you toward greater improvement in our relations and to mutually creating a better and safer future for North Korea and the world,” wrote Trump.
Kim replied: “Through your personal letter and detailed explanation […], I fully acknowledge your plans and determination, and I am very encourage by them.
“In addition to your great plan, I tend to take big steps to resolve existing issues between our two countries and end negative bilateral relations.”
The book will also feature photos – from Trump’s career before the White House when he was a high-flying celebrity businessman.
“Every letter has been handpicked by President Donald J. Trump, and is accompanied by his original commentary,” said the publishing house.
Trump was defeated by Democrat Joe Biden after just one term in office in the 2020 US Election.
His departure from office was messy, with various unfounded and false claims of voter fraud which peaked with the Capitol riot on January 6.
The 45th President has since announced he will run again in 2024 – but faces stiff competition from Republican hotshot Ron DeSantis.
Trump and DeSantis will likely have a fierce battle for the nomination – with both have cores of loyalists in the GOP.
The large coffee table book will be released on April 25 – and is being sold by Winning Team for $100.
Trump fans can also get a signed edition for $400.
