THOMAS Markle has made a “deathbed” plea to help heal the relationship with daughter Meghan and begs “how can I fix this?” in a new documentary.
The Duchess of Sussex, 41, has not spoken to her dad since 2018 following a series of rifts – including a row over Thomas, 78, posing for fake photographs that were sold to newspapers around the world.
Meghan has been estranged from her dad, sister Samantha and brother Thomas Jr since her and Harry wed.
And in yet another bombshell revelation linked to the Sussexes, the trio will now sit down in an interview.
Screening on Australian TV’s Channel 7, the group will reveal “never before seen secret tapes” about Meghan’s life.
In a trailer dropped, with just one week to go until King Charles’ Coronation, Thomas Snr reaches out to his daughter as Samantha bashes her half-sister.
The dad-of-three holds a school picture of Meghan before asking: “How can I fix this?”
The documentary says Thomas, who had a stroke last year, is on his “death bed” and making his final plea to the “daughter he lost”.
And as part of a seemingly continuous feud between siblings, Samantha says Meghan’s marriage is “toxic” and she would be nothing without their dad.
Talking about Harry and Meghan, Samantha said: “They’re really unhealthy for each other. It’s a toxic relationship.
“[Meghan] would still be a waitress if it wasn’t for dad.”
Thomas Jnr also adds: “We’re not going to go away.
“This is going to change everything.”
Samantha previously hit out at Meghan revealing in 2021 she was suing her sibling, however these claims were dismissed by a judge.
The shocking clip comes eight days before Charles is crowned.
Meghan will not be attending the Coronation after Buckingham Palace revealed she will stay in the US with kids Archie, three, and Lilibet, one.
Harry will jet to London alone for the May 6 event while his wife will be at their £12 million Californian mansion to celebrate Archie’s fourth birthday – which falls on the same date.
The announcement of Meghan’s decision to skip the event sparked speculation she was influenced by a split from the Royal Family over allegations of “unconscious bias”.
Charles is said to have written to his daughter-in-law, expressing his sadness over the divide within the household.
