The Princess of Wales joined a surprise Christmas party celebrating the work of those supporting young people.

The tea party was held to recognise the contribution of some of those looking after children and young people with the Princess chatting with them to find out more about their experiences.

Some of the celebration was filmed and will be shown as part of the Together at Christmas Carol Service which is broadcast on ITV1 and ITVX on Christmas Eve.
