Swedish Royal Family at the Polar Music Prize


The Swedish Royal Family joined King Carl XVI Gustaf and Queen Silvia of Sweden for the 2025 Polar Music Prize at the Grand Hotel in Stockholm on May 28th. One of the most prestigious music awards, the Swedish King annually presents the prize to musicians in a variety of genres from around the world.

Crown Princess Victoria, Prince Daniel, and Prince Carl Philip joined King Carl XVI Gustaf and Queen Silvia for the Polar Music Prize where the King presented the Prize and one million kronor to rock group Queen, jazz pianist Herbie Hancock and Canadian soprano and conductor Barbara Hannigan.
