EX-CABINET Minister Sir Gavin Williamson bullied former Chief Whip Wendy Morton after she didn’t give him tickets to the Queen’s funeral, parliament’s sleaze watchdog said today.

The Independent Expert Panel (IEP) recommended Sir Gavin apologise to MPs in the Commons chamber and undergo training to change his behaviour.

Sir Gavin sent Liz Truss ally Ms Morton intimidating text messages after missing out on invitation to the state funeral.

He insisted the reason he missed out was down to not supporting Ms Truss in the recent Tory leadership election.

Sir Gavin told Ms Morton: “Well lets see how many more times you f*** us all over.

“There is a price for everything.”

The panel concluded the messages were “both rude and aggressive”.

The Commons standards chief said: “I am satisfied that they reasonably qualify as both offensive and intimidating behaviour due to the use of obscenities and threats.

“I am therefore satisfied that the first limb of the test for bullying is met.”

Sir Gavin was forced to resign from Rishi Sunak’s cabinet in November last year following a string of bullying complaints.

The self-proclaimed “master of the dark arts” had played a key role whipping MPs into supporting Mr Sunak during his two attempts to enter No10 in 2022.

But the Cabinet Office minister quit just hours after Downing Street cut him loose, warning the PM would not wait for the outcome of a growing number of investigations into his bad behaviour.
