Meghan Markle does not want to return to the UK for one specific reason, according to royal author Omid Scobie.

According to the author, who is gearing up for the release of his new book Endgame next week, Meghan refuses to “dive back into the soap opera” that she feels the Royal Family is.

French publication Paris Match have released some extracts from the new book, which will be released on November 28, which show that Meghan never wants to return to the UK.

Despite this, Mr Scobie states that Harry is ready to reconcile with the Royal Family, and has reportedly said that is “ready to forget” the ongoing feud.

Accordingt to Mr Scobie, Meghan’s view of the Royal Family being like a “soap opera” was also a factor in her decision to not attend the King’s Coronation back in May.

The historic event, which Harry attended alone, also coincided with their son Archie’s fourth birthday – which also played a factor in Meghan’s no-show.
