Princess Rajwa has unveiled a new tiara for her wedding to Crown Prince Hussein of Jordan.

The diamond tiara features an Arabic scroll, similar to the tiara of her mother-in-law, Queen Rania.

The delicate tiara is set on a silver base with the diamonds in Arabic swirling together to a point at the centre. The words in Arabic are “Rajwa min Allah,” which translates to “Hope from Allah.”

The Royal Hashemite Court has not revealed any information on the new tiara, but it has been reported that the tiara was specially made by Yan Sicard of French jewellery house Fred by Harper’s Bazaar Arabia. The same jewellery house created Queen Rania’s Arab Scroll Tiara.

We asked the Royal Hashemite Court if the tiara was from Princess Rajwa’s family or a gift from the Jordanian royals. We have not heard back.

Princess Rajwa wore the tiara with her bespoke Elie Saab wedding gown and embroidered veil. She kept the tiara on for the wedding reception and banquet, even with an outfit change for the banquet in the evening.
