Princess Beatrice announced earlier this week that she is expecting her second child with husband Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi, with the baby due early spring next year.
Speaking to Express.co.uk, a well-placed source claims that Princess Beatrice’s second child may be “her last” as the royal is said to be believe her family is now complete.
The source said: “Edo and Bea have said that after this baby their family will be complete. Bea will have two of her own and a third in Wolfie that she also classes as her own child.”
The couple welcomed a daughter named Sienna in September 2021, with her arrival taking place a year after they tied the knot.
Edoardo also has an eight-year-old son named Wolfie from a previous relationship.
The source also believes that the soon-to-be family of five will make an appearance at Sandringham this Christmas.
It is said to be Beatrice and Edo’s year to have Wolfie – who takes it in turns to spend alternate Christmases with both his parents – and the source claims that they could be spotted during the festive walk.
The source added: “Edo and Bea will have him for one Christmas then it’s Dara’s turn and so on. They navigated the summer holidays very well.
“Dara had him for part of the holidays where he joined her on a trip to the United States, then he joined Edo and Bea for the second part of the summer holiday.”
It will also be the first time the public will see their three-year-old daughter, with Beatrice having chosen to keep her away from the royal spotlight.
Wolfie, however, stepped out alongside his doting father and stepmother at Sandringham in December 2022.
The then-six-year-old was spotted holding hands with Beatrice and Edo at the Christmas Day morning church service at St Mary Magdalene Church on the estate.
