Prince William at FA Cup final to play key role after his and Prince George’s heartbreak | Royal | News

The royal is often seen in the stands at Villa Park cheering on The Villans.

Kensington Palace has confirmed that William will present the trophy to the winners.

Prince William attended the Emirates FA Cup Final last May along with his eldest son Prince George, 11.

Last year’s final game was between Manchester City and Manchester United.

Prince George was with his dad in France on April 9, 2025, to watch Aston Villa play PSG in the second leg of the Champions League quarter-finals.

Sadly for them, Villa were on the wrong end of a 3-1 result which saw them crash out of the competition.

However Villa’s goal to go 1-0 up in the first half was met with a joy by both royals.

The father-of-three was seen enjoying a sweet moment with his eldest son, and gave him a hug and a kiss on the head.
