The Duke of Sussex has settled the remaining parts of his phone-hacking claim against the publisher of the Daily Mirror, the high court has heard. He sued Mirror Group Newspapers for damages, claiming journalists at its publications were linked to methods including phone hacking, ‘blagging’ – gaining information by deception – and the use of private investigators for unlawful activities. Reading a statement on behalf of the duke, his lawyer, David Sherborne, said: ‘Our mission continues. I believe in the positive change it will bring for all of us. It’s the very reason why I started this and why I will continue to see it through to the end’
