PR experts have urged Harry and Meghan to “find a balance” between their “personal freedom” and their relationship with the Royal Family.

One expert believes the couple are “deliberately trying to maintain a disconnect” from the Firm, reports the Mirror.

Harry and Meghan are apparently looking at buying a home in London, but are keen to do it themselves, rather than relying on asking King Charles for a spare room or ten on his royal estate.

Another expert thinks the pair are about to enter into another feud with the family.

PR expert Kieran Elsby described the distancing as “disappointing”, adding “While they’ve voiced their desire for privacy and independence, their actions, such as this potential property purchase, might be interpreted as a deliberate move to maintain a disconnect from the Royal Family.”

Elsby says it’s “essential” that the couple find a balance between their own lives and their connection “with the institution that has been a significant part of their lives”.

Kieran, director of Media PR Global, is unsure whether the potential property purchase will damage the relationship with the royals, but did say “it’s clear that the divide continues to widen”.

While reports have claimed King Charles is “ready to reconcile” with the couple, Dr Ed Owens, author of After Elizabeth: Can the Monarchy Save Itself?, says the decision is solely Meghan and Harry’s.

Owens said Charles is allegedly holding “the moral high ground”.
