Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have been dealt another blow at their production company after another staff member called it quits. Bennett Levine joined Archewell as a co-ordinator for the company in 2021 and was later promoted to manager in 2022.

When he first joined the company, his position was hailed by author Omid Scobie – who has been dubbed Meghan’s ‘mouthpiece’ – as a “hive of activity that continues to grow”.

Mr Levine is said to have left the company – which was set up by the couple in 2020 – earlier this month and confirmed his job change on social media.

The latest staff exit comes just months after Meghan excitedly declared that the couple had “so many exciting things on the slate”.

Doing a red carpet appearance, Meghan told the press: “Things that make people feel – I was going to say ‘good’, but it’s more than that – things that make people feel something, right?”

Taking to his own social media accounts, Mr Levin excitedly shared his new role to his contacts.

He wrote: “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position at Cinetic Media.”

Speaking of Mr Levine’s exit from Archewell, a source told the Daily Mail’s Richard Eden: “It’s a blow to the company. There’s no doubt about that.”

Amid Mr Levine’s new career news, rumours have been circulating that Netflix may not renew their multi-million-pound deal with Archewell.

The popular streaming service are rumoured to have paid Meghan and Harry £80million as part of their five-year deal.

After signing in 2020, shortly after they stepped down from royal duties, the contract will come to an end in 2025.

During his role at Archewell, Mr Levine worked on the couple’s highly-controversal six-episode docuseries, Harry and Meghan.

Meghan and Harry announced their plans to step down as senior royals in January 2020 – before carrying out their final engagement two months later.

Shortly after stepping down, the couple moved to the US with their son Archie – who, at the time, was less than a year-old.

The following year, in 2021, the couple welcomed their second child – and only daughter – Lilibet, who is now two.
