Prince Harry and Meghan Markle boosted by ‘perfect route’ back to Firm | Royal | News

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle may not be finished as royals, according to leading commentators, after claims there are two people who could help get them back into the Firm: their children, Archie and Lilibet.

GB News’s Patrick Christys suggested to royal expert Kinsey Schofield that the California-based couple could “surely use the grandkids as a way back” into the picture.

The US pundit agreed that the children would be a “perfect” way to bridge the gap between the Sussexes, the King and Queen and the Prince and Princess of Wales.

She said: “If Harry did want a way back in he could use the excuse that despite his personal beef with King Charles, he wants his children to have a relationship with their grandfather, it would be the perfect way back wouldn’t it?”.

Harry, 39, reportedly told King Charles after being booted out of Frogmore Cottage “don’t you want to see you grandchildren anymore”.

Ms Schofield highlighted the comments, adding: “So you are exactly right if there is a way in, Harry is already thinking about it.”

The children haven’t travelled to the UK since the news of King Charles’s cancer diagnosis broke earlier this year.

Lilibet made her inaugural visit to the UK in 2022, and her brother has only crossed the pond a couple of times.

Royal expert Hannah Furness told A Right Royal podcast she doesn’t expect to see Meghan or the children back in Blighty until their security is resolved.

She explained: “There is quite a heavy narrative that Meghan and the children won’t be coming back until they can resolve this security issue to their liking. But [Harry] will certainly be coming and going.”
