NETFLIX has dropped a first look at Prince William and Kate Middleton as filming wrapped on The Crown’s final series.
The streaming giant has teased the final instalment of the smash-hit series as viewers are brought forward to the 21st century.
Newly released images show Prince William and Kate Middleton together as they attend university at St Andrews in Scotland.
As the pair meet for the first time on campus, a new romance and a new chapter for The Crown begins.
The Royals are being played by 23-year-old Ed McVey and Newcomer Meg Bellamy, 19.
One snap from filming shows Kate and Will all loved up as they hold hands while walking on campus.
The scenes were shot in Scotland earlier this year with filming now wrapped on the last series.
Prince William, 40, arrived at the prestigious university in September 2001 to study Geography and was accompanied by his dad on his first day.
He was photographed greeting hundreds of well-wishers who had lined the streets to welcome him to the University town.
The Crown producers have recreated that moment and it will be included in the new series.
Imelda Staunton will play the role of Queen Elizabeth II and Jonathan Pryce will portray Prince Philip.
Meanwhile, Dominic West has been cast as Prince Charles, Elizabeth Debicki as Princess Diana and Flynn Edwards as Prince Harry.
The 10-episode final series of The Crown will land on Netflix later this year.
