Smith then mentioned “Miss Markle” by name and claimed she needed to be back in the series.

“She’s pretty popular right now,” Adams added, to which the interviewe then replied: “I don’t know why?”

Going along with the joke, Macht then asked who they were talking about.

Adams responed: “Did you hear about Meghan? I’ll tell you later. There’s been a lot of stuff going on.”

Meghan was not present when the Suits cast had a mini reunion on the stage at the Golden Globes when they presented an award.

This came after another Suits star, Gina Torres revealed that Meghan is not involved in the “insane” texting group during a red carpet interview at 

“Our text thread is insane right now, so it’s very exciting,” Torres told Variety.

When asked if Meghan was involved she replied: “We don’t have her number. We just don’t.”
