MEGHAN Markle and Prince Harry were spotted partying at the first night of Beyonce’s Renaissance tour in California on Friday.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex watched Queen Bey from a private box at the SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles along with Meghan’s mum Doria Ragland.

Mum-of-two Meghan appeared to be joined by actress Abigail Spencer, who also starred in Suits, and university friend Genevieve Hillis.

While Meghan and Doria could be seen beaming and raising their arms during the concert, an unsmiling Prince Harry had his arms stuffed in his pockets.

The group were all dressed in silver, which honoured Beyonce’s request that her fans all wear the same colour to her show, according to Page Six.

The trip could also have been a birthday present for Doria, who turns 67 today, just days after the yoga instructor cosied up to Kris Jenner and Kim Kardashian at a charity event.

Meghan and Harry have crossed paths a number of times with Beyonce.

In 2019, the singer received a Brit Award standing in front of a regal portrait of the Duchess of Sussex wearing a crown and jewels.

Beyonce and Jay-Z explained the decision, saying: “In honour of Black History Month, we bow down to one of our Melanated Monas. Congrats on your pregnancy! We wish you so much joy.”

Meghan’s makeup artist Daniel Martin revealed how she responded to the news, when he appeared on CBS News.

He recalled: “I sent her a pic. I think it was a screen grab of the two of them in front of the portrait. 

“I think all I wrote was, ‘Girl.’ She wrote me back like the big eye emoji.”

Meanwhile, Beyonce previously praised Meghan after her bombshell interview with Oprah Winfrey, which blasted “racist” Britain, the Royal Family and the press, while highlighting Meghan’s mental health struggles.

Beyonce wrote on her website: “Thank you Meghan for your courage and leadership. We are all strengthened and inspired by you.”

During their Harry & Meghan documentary, the Duchess of Sussex was left moved after receiving an encouraging text from Beyonce.

Meghan said on camera: “Beyonce just texted, just checking in… I still can’t believe she knows who I am… She said she wants me to feel safe and protected.

“She admires and respects my bravery and vulnerability and thinks I was selected to break generational curses that need to be healed.”

Meghan and Harry even had a toe-curling meeting with Beyonce and Jay-Z at the Lion King premiere in 2019, with Bey calling Meghan “my princess.”

Harry then awkwardly spoke to the film‘s director Jon Favreau and appeared to tout Meghan out for a voiceover role. 

Fans were quick to point out Beyonce’s reaction of covering her face, with one tweeting: “Look at Beyonce! She KNOWS what’s happening and she and Mr. Carter have to pretend to be nice until the Harkles get through the line. 

“But basically, Harry is asking Bob for a job for Meghan. Meghan’s pretending it’s not happening. Despite having planned that.”

Last month, Meghan was spotted in the same arena enjoying the Taylor Swift Eras concert with British best friend Lucy Fraser, while Harry was in Japan with polo pal Nacho Figueras promoting his charity work.

Prince Harry may have been feeling glum at Beyonce after his first solo Netflix show failed to make Netflix’s top ten on Wednesday.

Harry and wife Meghan instantly topped the same charts on both sides of the Atlantic when they attacked his family in a bombshell-laden series released in 2022.

But Heart of Invictus – the latest series to spring from the couple’s £80 million deal with the streaming giant – has failed to take off since its release on Wednesday.

The six-part series telling the inspirational stories of war wounded soldiers competing in the 2022 Invictus Games is Harry’s first major solo docuseries project.

It has won praise from critics after the real-life courage of battling veterans was laid bare and Harry spoke emotionally of his own experiences.

But the press-hating prince’s show includes his widely discredited dig at the media – who he falsely claimed “did not cover” the plight of our heroes.

The Sun’s columnist Jeremy Clarkson hit back at Harry’s claims, saying he’s “amazed Prince Harry doesn’t remember” the coverage of “every newspaper was filled for months and years with news of the death and the injuries.”

The ratings failure casts another shadow over the mega-deal with Netflix signed by Harry and Meghan’s Archewell Productions company in 2020.

They hope to forge Hollywood careers after their sensational Megxit split from the monarchy and move to a £16 million mansion in California.
