Meghan Markle joined her friends Kelly McKee Zajfen and Heather Dorak for a skiing holiday in Utah, with pictures of the trio posted on social media.

Ms Dorak, a pilates business owner, posted images on her Instagram page describing the holiday as a “perfect trip”.

The trio beamed as they posed for photographs, all wearing large coats, gloves, sunglasses and beanie hats to protect themselves from the sub-zero temperatures.

Ms Dorak wrote: “Wow, what a perfect trip!! My heart is so full. The kids crushed the slopes by day and the adults howled with laughter deep into the night. Truly lucky in love with our wonderful friends!”

Ms Zajfen, co-founder of Alliance of Moms, also shared the snap on her Instagram account, along with a series of other photos from her trip.

She captioned the post: “Beyond grateful for the best of friends! What a trip! Thank you doesn’t even begin to express what my heart is feeling after this trip.

“The love of family time and adventure and belly laughs made this trip one for the books! Here’s to many more adventures with friends that feel like family and appreciating each day. (sic)”

Alliance of Moms is a group which supports pregnant and parenting youth in LA’s foster care system.

Meghan is said to be very close with Ms Zajfen who has previously described the Duchess as an “incredible friend” for supporting her through grief after her son died in 2022.

She and Prince Harry reportedly donated £3,958 ($5000) to Ms Zajfen and her family after they lost their nine-year-old son George.

In May 2023, Ms Zajfen spoke about her friendship with Mehgan on her Instagram, who she said is an “incredibly nurturing and warm and open” person. 

She wrote: “What an incredible friend and mother. I’m truly in awe of you and I am so grateful”.
