Trooping the Colour will take place on Saturday, June 15, and Prince George, 10, Princess Charlotte, 8, and Prince Louis, 6, could make a special appearance.
Marlene Koenig, author of Royal Musings, told Daily Express US that King Charles will most likely arrive by carriage with Queen Camilla, which would be the perfect way for the Wales children to join in the festivities.
Ms Koenig said: “I have this lovely little feeling, that perhaps, the carriage will include the king and queen and the three grandchildren.
“Normally, it was mom and Camilla and the three children, but since Catherine is most unlikely to be at Trooping, is that they will be with their grandparents, which would be really cute, really sweet.”
“I think, if they’re not there, people would be really disappointed.”
