A BODY language expert has revealed the killer question she says made Prince Harry squirm in his new Netflix doc.
Heart of Invictus hit screens in a five-part series at 8am today, exploring the lives of injured and ill military veterans who take part in the Paralympic-style event.
And while the documentary-style show focuses on the Invictus Games, Harry speaks regularly throughout.
An expert has now shared her thoughts the 38-year-old’s behaviour i front of the series’ cameras – including a point when he’s nervous alongside wife Meghan Markle.
At the beginning of the first episode, the Duke of Sussex is asked his name, and what he does.
Body language expert Judi James said this was a moment when she thinks Harry was physically “floundering”.
She told The Sun: “The very best body language from Harry comes at the start of the first episode in a bizarre moment when he is asked by the interviewer who he is and what he does.
“This is an absolute killer question for any royal and Harry is no exception as he appears thrown and floundering.”
Judi explained that the Prince initially appeared confident, but his stance changed after he was asked the question.
She said when he’s asked what he does, Harry looks “uneasy and even wary”.
Judi continued: “(Harry looks) even wary as the stalls for time by repeating the question: ‘What do I do?’
“He turns his head away to think and his tongue even pokes from his mouth in a gesture of concentration, like a child answering a question in an exam.”
The expert also commented on how the Prince looked nervous with Meghan at his side.
She said this gave viewers a sneak peek at how Harry felt ahead of big events – and it’s apparently not all glitz and glam.
Judi said that gave a “glimpse” of the real deal.
She said: “Here the couple are keen for us to get a glimpse of the real deal though, which was the anxiety running behind the red carpet glamour and Hollywood smiles.
“Harry was actually not just nervous but very very nervous.”
At one point the Prince and his wife are dolled up, heading to the Invictus Games ceremony.
In the clip, Harry says to Meghan: “We haven’t done this for a while.”
To which she replies: “I know.”
The Duke then says before a nervous laugh: “My heart’s like ‘digydigydigy’.”
Judi said Meghan’s response was “dripping with reassurance and affection”, adding: “We clearly see how much he leans on Meghan for support and back-up.”
The expert also revealed three ways Meghan revealed her political ambitions in her short appearance in the series.
In another episode, Harry spoke of the importance of family and claimed he didn’t have the support from his own after his mum died.
The royal also revealed chats he’s had with son Archie about what the youngster wants to be when he grows up.
It comes after he surprised cinemagoers at the California premiere.
