Grand Duke Henri of Luxembourg had Dinner with King Charles III at Windsor Castle last night, while on a short stay in England.
King Charles III received Grand Duke Henri of Luxembourg for Dinner at Windsor Castle, almost a year after the King hosted his first cousin, King Philippe and Queen Mathilde of Belgium.
The Grand Duke and Grand Duchess Maria Teresa were among the guests at last year’s Coronation of King Charles III and Queen Camilla.
The last Luxembourg State Visit to Britain was held in 1972, while the last British State Visit to Luxembourg was in 1976.
However, as the Colonel of the Irish Guards, the late Grand Duke Jean of Luxembourg often joined the British Royal Family on the Balcony of the Palace after Trooping the Colour.
