Do you think Meghan should release a second season of her podcast? | Royal | News

Meghan Markle released the first episode of Confessions of a Female Founder in early April, with the eighth and final episode released on May 27. In Tuesday’s episode, Meghan was most recently joined by SPANX’s founder Sara Blakely. The pair discussed “betting on yourself and building bold business strategies.”

Joining Meghan, Sara—who has an eye-watering net worth of $1.3 billion—opened up about her experience of starting from scratch one more time—this time with her latest venture: a shoe line called Sneex. Having never worked in fashion or retail, as well as having never taken a business class in her life, Sara had only £3,694 [$5,000] to her name to invest in the business.

Each week, with episodes released on Tuesdays, Meghan was joined by a different guest, some of whom were long-standing friends.

Previous guests included viral beauty brand Kitsch’s founder Cassandra Morales Thurswell and IT Cosmetics founder Jamie Kern Lima.

As well as discussing the challenges of building a business and a brand with each guest, Meghan was also able to make a number of revelations, both about her own brand As Ever and other aspects of her life.

During Tuesday’s episode, Meghan delved into her next “space” to give fans an insight into what they can expect from her in the future.

She told Sara: “If I had to write a résumé, I don’t know what I would call myself. I think it speaks to this chapter many of us find ourselves in, where none of us are one note. But I believe all the notes I am playing are part of the same song.”

The Duchess of Sussex then appeared to hint at a future step into the fashion industry – but said for now she is planning to launch a new range of merchandise in early 2026.

Meghan said: “The category of fashion is something I will explore at a later date, because I do think that’s an interesting space for me.”
