A Diamond Panel Necklace and Earrings composed of old circular-, rose- and single-cut diamonds, adapted from a tiara, with additional matching diamond links and tiara frame, would require restoration from the current form to be worn as a tiara.

Cartier Multi Gem and Diamond ‘Giardinetto’ Brooch

Estimate: GBP 8,000 – GBP 12,000

Formerly the Property of Esmé, Countess of Cromer

A Cartier Multi Gem and Diamond ‘Giardinetto’ Brooch composed of rectangular-cut aquamarine vase, oval-, circular- and marquise-cut coloured sapphires of various yellow, orange, mauve, purple and blue hues, cushion-cut rubies, old- and single-cut diamonds, circa 1950, signed Cartier London.

Formerly the Property of Esmé, Countess of Cromer (1922 – 2011)

Her father was the second Viscount Rothermere and her first husband was the third Earl of Cromer, who was born into the Baring banking family. He was British Ambassador in Washington during Edward Heath’s premiership and later Governor of the Bank of England.

A former Lady of the Bedchamber to HM Queen Elizabeth II, artist and author, she was the co-chairman of the Founding Council of The Rothermere American Institute at the University of Oxford for the study of the United States. This brooch was a gift from Lady Cromer to the current vendor.

An Emerald and Diamond Pendent Necklace with a cushion-shaped cabochon emerald of 37.07 carats and pear-shaped cabochon emerald of 17.53 carats, which is the property of a European Noble Family.

Formerly the property of Lady Rozelle Raynes

A pair of natural Pearl and Diamond Earrings, of two drop-shaped natural pearls, old- and rose-cut diamonds, silver and gold, circa 1880, which is formerly the property of Lady Rozelle Raynes, née Lady Frederica Rozelle Ridgway Pierrepont (1925 – 2015), daughter of Gervas Pierrepont, 6th Earl Manvers.
