The Queen and Princess Margaret joined the Queen Mother for a Performance of ‘The Importance Of Being Earnest’ at the Theatre Royal in Haymarket, after the Royal Family celebrated the Queen Mother’s 99th Birthday at Clarence House in London on this day in 1999, 25 years ago!

The Royal Family gathered outside Clarence House in London as the Queen Mother (in Queen Victoria’s Diamond Jubilee Brooch) celebrated her 99th Birthday with an annual Luncheon in the Garden after receiving greetings from well-wishers.

That evening, the Queen (in the Queen Anne and Queen Caroline Pearl Necklaces) and Princess Margaret joined the Queen Mother (wearing the Greville Diamond Peardrop Earrings and her Shell Brooch) for a Performance of ‘The Importance Of Being Earnest’ at the Theatre Royal in Haymarket.
