The Hon. Annabel Millar, dauther of the 1st Baron Inchyra and Jonkvrouw Anna de Marees van Swinderen, married Stockbroker Chris Whitehead on this day in 1973, 50 years ago. The couple had two children, Christina and Robert, before he passed away in 2018.
Annabel Whitehead served as a Lady-in-Waiting to Princess Margaret from 1971 until her passing in 2002, and then served as a Lady-in-Waiting to the late Queen Elizabeth II from 2002 until her passing in 2022, being made a Dame Commander of the Royal Victorian Order in 2014.
