Prince Ricardo De La Cerda
The Prince of Wales is set to lead the Royal and Noble Guests at the Wedding of Hugh Grosvenor, the 7th Duke of Westminster and Olivia Henson at Chester Cathedral on June 7th, followed by a Reception at the Family Seat of Eaton Hall.
Hugh Grosvenor, the 7th Duke of Westminster will marry Olivia Henson at Chester Cathedral, with the Duke saying:
“We’ve obviously got a long association with the cathedral as a family, we were here for my father’s memorial, my sister’s wedding, and every Remembrance Sunday that I can attend is here.”
The Duke is the United Kingdom’s 15th richest person, with an estimated fortune of £10.1 billion, and the world’s wealthiest individual under 35. The Grosvenor Family’s fortune dates back to 1677, and includes large parts of central London, though the family now has business interests in 62 international cities.
The soon-to-be Duchess of Westminster has the option to choose from the Bagration Spinel Tiara, the Westminster Myrtle Wreath Tiara, and Princess Mary’s Diamond Fringe Tiara for her Wedding Day.
While the King, Queen, and Princess of Wales were previously set to be attending, the Prince of Wales will be the senior royal representative at the Wedding, alongside Princess Eugenie. The Duke’s godson, Prince George, will be unable to attend due to his exams.
The Duke of Westminster is the first cousin of the Duke of Roxburghe, Marquess of Hamilton, Earl of Lichfield, and Viscountess Grimston so we can expect several members of the British Aristocracy in attendance.
