Royal Family LIVE: Prince Harry and Meghan Markle warned over William | Royal | News

An ex-butler of the Royal Family of 21 years has warned the Sussexes of Prince William’s views when it comes to his immediate family. It comes as Prince Harry, 39, and his wife, Meghan Markle’s relationship with Royal Family has been strained since they stepped down as senior working royals in 2020 and eventually settled in Montecito, California, where they reside with their two young children.

Ex-butler Paul Burrell, who worked for William until 1997, told Closer Magazine: “William knows that Harry can’t be trusted and doesn’t want any more upset in his family.”

The former butler also says the Prince of Wales won’t listen to one thing – and that’s “background noise” – with the Duke and Duchess of Sussex perhaps now falling into that category.

He added: “William won’t take any more cheap shots from across the Atlantic. He doesn’t care anymore.”

“He doesn’t listen to the noise in the background – and that’s what Harry and Meghan have become.”
