MEGHAN is shunning the Coronation because she feels she has not got a “satisfactory response” to a letter she sent the King, it was claimed yesterday.
The Duchess of Sussex is said to have named the royal she claimed during a TV interview had asked about skin colour when she was pregnant with Archie.

A royal source said yesterday: “This new development suggests this is at least partially why she’s not coming to the Coronation.
“She feels things haven’t been sorted and that’s why she’s staying away.”
The Daily Telegraph reported that Meghan sent the note in response to a message from Charles following the bombshell interview she and Harry gave to Oprah Winfrey in March 2021.
Speaking about her pregnancy with Archie, Meghan, 41, said there had been “concerns and conversations about how dark his skin might be”.
Asked if being “too brown” would be a problem, she replied: “If that is the assumption you are making, that is a pretty safe one”.
She refused to identify the person accused of making the remark, adding: “I think that would be very damaging to them.”
The Queen reacted the next day with a statement saying the claim would be “taken very seriously” but that “recollections may vary”.
Harry, 38, later tried to play down the claim.
Asked by ITV’s Tom Bradby if the remarks were “essentially racist” he said: “I wouldn’t, not having lived within the family”.
And he did not repeat the allegation in his controversial memoir Spare, released in January.
He will attend his father’s Westminster Abbey coronation on May 6 alone while Meghan stays in California with children Archie and Lilibet.
Sources close to the couple said she wanted to put her own family first on son Archie’s fourth birthday, which is the same day.falls on the same day on May 6.
It is also understood she also wanted to side-step any attention her appearance could provoke.
Charles, 74, is believed to be the only senior royal to reach out to Meghan after the interview. The Telegraph reported that their letters were “warm in tone”.
