PRINCESS Kate was beaming today as she scored a goal on the netball court – while still nursing her injured fingers.

She and Prince William were today seen running around the courts with smiles on their faces at Bisham Abbey National Sports Centre.

The 41-year-old then threw her arms up in celebration

The Royal pair jogged around with youngsters as they took part in a mental fitness workshop run by SportsAid.

At one point the Princess, 41, was seen throwing her arms in the air in celebration after shooting the ball through the hoop.

While she failed her first attempt, Kate got her second goal in with ease.

And that’s while the 41-year-old is still caring for her injured fingers.

Last week she admitted she was concerned about her hand as she took part in wheelchair rugby training.

Speaking as she headed onto the court, the Princess said: “I’m worried about my finger, but willing to try.”

But she refused to let the injury affect her – after vowing: “I’m going to get stuck in.”

Kate’s painful-looking injury was first spotted in mid-September when both her fingers were taped together during a prison visit.

She joked about injuring herself, telling a couple it was her own fault as she had been “jumping around on the trampoline”.

Kate was sporting a brace when she took part in Netball – and also football – today at the Marlow sports centre.

The Prince, 41, also tried his luck at sinking a goal in netball – and landed one on his first try.

He then threw his arms up – but to defend the next person shooting.

The couple were in town for the week of World Mental Health Day.

In recent days the couple were in Birmingham for a youth mental health forum.

There they told youngsters how “everyone” suffers.

The Royals have always been passionate about raising awareness around mental health.

In 2017, Kate and William launched the Heads Together campaign alongside Prince Harry.

The trio had the aim of breaking the stigma of mental health conditions and hoped more people would speak out about their struggles.
