Prince Harry has reportedly left Netflix bosses disappointed with his upcoming documentary set to be aired in December.

The Duke of Sussex, 40, signed a deal with Netflix for his new five-part documentary series about polo.

However, the Mail Online have now said that according to a source, bosses of the streaming service are disappointed as the series hardly features the Duke at all and instead focuses on his friend and Argentinian polo player Nacho Figueras.

Nacho, 47, who featured on the Netflix docuseries Harry and Meghan, where he spoke about Prince Harry who he recently referred to as a “brother”, is reportedly set to be the star of the upcoming series.

This has been met with disappointment from Netflix, who reportedly wanted Prince Harry to be at the centre of the series.

A Hollywood producer told the Mail Online: “What Netflix have received in return doesn’t look great. People want personal stuff.

“Apart from their documentary series, which had the drama of them quitting the Royal Family, everything else they’ve produced has been underwhelming.

“Any reasonable person tuning into a show about polo made by Prince Harry would expect Harry to take a starring role.

“That he’s not is hugely disappointing for Netflix. Let’s face it, polo isn’t exactly a mainstream sport so the attraction would have been watching Harry. Without him, it’s marginal at best.”
