“I’ve even grown my own pumpkins this year, so I’m looking forward to decorating those with my loved ones.”

And now that the royal children are off school enjoying their October half-term, some people have been wondering about what their grandmother has planned.

Princess Kate’s parents live at Bucklebury Manor in Berkshire, which is close to where the royal lives with her family in Windsor.

The Grade II-listed Georgian property boasts 18 acres of grounds, so there is plenty of space of lots of pumpkin picking.

Aside from Princess Kate and Prince William’s children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis, the Middletons are grandparents to their second daughter Pippa and her husband James Matthews’ children, Arthur, Grace and Rose.

But there year there will be another sweet addition to the family.

James Middleton, the youngest sibling, has recently welcomed his firstborn baby boy, Inigo, with his wife Alizee Thevenet.

This week they were spotted strolling in London as a family.
