Prince Ricardo De La Cerda
PLAYFUL Prince Louis looks like he’s getting carried away with his birthday celebrations.
This joyful snap of him being pushed in a wheelbarrow by mum Kate in the grounds at Windsor was released to mark him turning five tomorrow.
Grinning Louis is seen clinging on to the side and sitting in a pile of garden cuttings wearing a blue jumper and shorts.
The Princess of Wales, 41, usually takes the birthday photos of her three children.
But this year’s photo is the work of Dorset-based portrait photographer Millie Pilkington.
She shot Kate and William’s private wedding photographs in 2011.
The two photos were taken earlier this month and released for his birthday.
Louis, turning five tomorrow, has been largely kept out of the public eye for the first few years of his life.
But he delighted crowds at the Platinum Jubilee travelling in a carriage waving to well-wishers on The Mall with siblings Charlotte and George and at Horseguards Parade.
Playful Louis also attracted an army of fans as he playfully cupped his hands over his ears during the roar of the flypast as he posed with Queen Elizabeth II on the Buckingham Palace balcony.
And he was pictured just 24 hours before the death of the Queen walking hand-in-hand with Kate as he joined siblings George, 9, and Charlotte, 7, for their first day together at Lambrook School.
His previous birthday pics include showing him making a rainbow poster during the pandemic, straddling a bike, clutching a cricket ball and, last year, on a beach.
