People are just realising they can wander into Buckingham Palace for a snack and a cuppa

A WOMAN has left people baffled after being able to walk right into Buckingham Palace and get a coffee. 

Taking to her social media account, the blonde beauty shared a video of herself sitting at a cafe on the grounds. 

Wearing a white top with a black and white striped cardigan on top, she smiled to the camera as she held a cup of coffee with a red border on it, which read: ‘Garden Cafe Buckingham Palace’. 

Over this, Laura-Ann wrote: “NO: You can’t just walk inside Buckingham Palace & ask for a coffee…” followed by a hand up emoji and a side eye emoji. 

After taking a sip of her coffee she showed a peek at the cafe menu, where they sell lattes for £3.60, flat whites for £3.40, tea for £3.80 and hot chocolate for £3.60. 

They also have Afternoon Tea Boxes worth £27.50, sandwiches for £5.50, cakes for the same price and ice cream for £3.75. 

“Yes, you can,” she then wrote over the chip, adding that there would be more information in the caption. 

She then shared clips of the inside of Buckingham Palace as she walked up a set of stairs before coming across a grand room with gold detailing and a grand piano. 

“Acting like its my summer house,” TikTok user @allthatspretty added in the caption. 

She then took to the comments section to share exactly how people can get to the cafe as she wrote: “BP is open to visitors for the summer just by booking a ticket you can come too and have afternoon tea on the terrace over looking the gardens”. 

One person immediately asked: “How do you book for the cafe? I can only find a tour xx”.

She responded: “Hey you don’t need to book the cafe after the state rooms you walk out the door to the gardens and the cafe is on the terrace as you come out xxx.

“And then just sit and admire the garden .. it’s really beautiful! Also ice cream carts too xx”.

And when another person asked if they needed to book a garden tour, Laura-Ann informed them that they simply needed a standard admission ticket. 

Baffled by this, another said: “Whhhhaaaattttttt?”

And another added: “no way! I’d love to do this”.

Adults can get general admission tickets for £30 while under 5s go in for free. Between July 14 and August 31, the palace is open to the public at 9:30, last admission is at 17:15 and the closing time is 19:30.
