The Sultan of Pahang and Tengku Ampuan (Queen) Azizah presided over the Opening Ceremony of the First Meeting of the Fourth Session of the 15th Pahang State Legislative Assembly at Wisma Sri Pahang in Kuantan on April 18th.
Tengku Ampuan (Queen) Azizah joined the Sultan of Pahang, Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri’ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah as he officiated the Opening Ceremony of the First Meeting of the Fourth Session of the 15th Pahang State Legislative Assembly at Wisma Sri Pahang.
His Royal Highness arrived at 9:30 AM and was received by the Chief Minister of Pahang, YAB Dato’ Sri Diraja Haji Wan Rosdy Wan Ismail, Speaker of the Pahang State Assembly, Dato’ Sri Haji Mohd Sharkar Haji Shamsuddin, along with other Members of the State Assembly.
The ceremony commenced with the Guard of Honour Inspection, after which Their Royal Highnesses proceeded to the State Assembly Hall following a brief recess in the sitting.
His Royal Highness then delivered the Royal Address before departing the State Assembly to attend a Royal banquet, concluding the ceremony.
Queen Azizah wore her new Diamond Tiara, which was debuted by her daughter, Princess Afzan, last year.
Prince Muhammad, Tengku Arif Bendahara, Prince Ahmad, Tengku Panglima Perang, Princess Ilisha Ameera and Princess Ilyana Alia joined the Sultan and Queen Azizah.
