A bombshell book which named the alleged “royal racists” has been rereleased in the Netherlands with “hundreds of changes”.

The Dutch edition of Endgame by Omid Scobie was pulled from shelves after it named two senior royals who allegedly voiced “concerns” about Prince Archie’s skin colour.

Rick Evers, the Dutch journalist who first uncovered the names in the book, took to X (formerly Twitter) to highlight some of the other tweaks.

He says the text has been changed to be more respectful towards the royal family and tone down accusatory language towards Prince William.

The names of the “royal racists” are removed, instead saying that “strict British laws” prevent Scobie from revealing the names.

Evers also says that places where Scobie wrote “I” have been replaced with “ABC News”, other sources have also been added.

There were alterations surrounding race and the history of slavery discussed in the book.

Some titles changed, with Queen Camilla changed to Queen Consort Camilla and Catherine changed to Kate.

Evers also claims that changes to the text are “clearly coming from the Sussex camp”, alleging that sources close to Harry and Meghan are “quoted differently”.

Omid Scobie initially claimed that he had never included the names of the alleged “royal racists” in the book.

He then blamed the publisher, saying he sent them an “early and uncleared” version that would be swapped out for the final version.

The publisher, Xander Uitgevers, has since disputed this, saying: “Omid Scobie’s explanation about the editorial process of the Dutch edition of Endgame is factually incorrect and we do not recognize ourselves in his representation of the events.”

The Daily Express has chosen not to name the two members of The Firm at the heart of the alleged ‘royal racism’ scandal.
