Artiste supervisor of Reggie ‘N’ Bollie and Skrewfaze, Mark Darlington Osae, has taken the Meals and Medication Authority (FDA) and the Lawyer Common, Godfred Yeboah Dame, to courtroom over the prohibition on celebrities from promoting for alcoholic manufacturers.

It may be recalled that the FDA barred celebrities from selling alcoholic drinks to make sure that kids weren’t misled by celebrities into pondering alcohol was good.

On November 11, 2022, Mark Darlington Osae, issued a writ of summons, saying the FDA’s 2015 pointers are biased in opposition to the inventive arts business.

“No well-known character or skilled shall be utilized in alcoholic beverage promoting, is inconsistent with and in contravention of articles 17(1) and 17 (2) of the 1992 Structure.
