The Duchess of Edinburgh and Duke of Kent joined King Charles III and Queen Camilla as they hosted a Reception to celebrate the Commonwealth Diaspora at St James’s Palace in London on the evening of October 2nd, ahead of the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting in Samoa.
